[Rent Payment] Card which provide benefit on Rent Payment

Hi Can anyone share the latest list of card which does provide point/milestone benefits for Rent Payment

I am aware of
Hdfc Infinia(1 transaction per month is free) -> No Reward Point will be credited
Sbi Vistara Card(199+tax for each rent payment) -> Vistara Point will be credited and will be counted in Milestone

Any other card?

You need to register with RG first, on their website submitting all the documents they've asked for. At the time of registration you can ask them to register you with HDFC. Or once they've done your registration you can take your RG-ID and add it to billpay.

AFAIK, DCB gives reward points on insurance payments. If you use Redgiraffe on Payzapp, your rent payment is considered an insurance payment. So, you will not be charged the extra 1% and get the regular reward points.

Payments done on RedGiraffe are no longer classified as Insurance payment

Paying through Standard Chartered Smart CC is giving 2% cashback through PZ+RG without charging any surcharge.
I've already paid twice and there is no 1% charge getting added after the payments.

But in there terms and condition 1%+gst charges on rental payment mentioned, has you statement generated after rent payment, and when was your last payment done, may be this fee started after your last payment

I don't think Infinia gives you reward points for rent payments. You can go the Redgiraffe via Payzapp route and pay rent. RG charges are quite low and the payment is considered an insurance payment, so you get your reward points too.

it has now been plugged.. no points for RG transactions on DCB or Infinia nkw from July

I know about this but when I made a payment last month around 2nd-3rd August, statement generated on 20th, there was no surcharge added. Similarly I paid again on 1st-2nd September and since then no extra charges has been added. I'll confirm once again on 20th when statement for this month gets generated.

HDFC Regalia credit card has not yet charged 1% for rent payments through RG via Payzapp. My Aug and Sep statements have no extra charges for rent. Though no points earned for rent payment. Only RG charged it's fees.

You have to pay RedGiraffe bill via HDFC PayZapp app.

2nd month through RedGiraffe and before that used to pay via cred till the time HDFC did not charge 1%. Is anyone getting 1% charged on HDFC CC for rent via redgiraffe?

Got my statement today and there is a 1% rent surcharge in this month's statement.
I guess I got lucky last month.
