Hi Can anyone share the latest list of card which does provide point/milestone benefits for Rent Payment

I am aware of
Hdfc Infinia(1 transaction per month is free) -> No Reward Point will be credited
Sbi Vistara Card(199+tax for each rent payment) -> Vistara Point will be credited and will be counted in Milestone

Any other card?

How much extra will I be charged if I need to pay rent of 34,500 via RedGiraffe+Payzapp+Axis Atlas or RedGiraffe+Payzapp+Axis Magnus?
Will the rent paid will give reward points and qualifies for Atlas milestones?
Which else CC is good for rent payment where charges are less and RPs can be transferred to redeem airmiles?

RedGiraffe in general charges you around ~0.46% of the transaction values as service charge. On top of that Axis will charge you 1%+18%GST on the final transaction amount.
In your case, the total money that you'll end up paying would be ~Rs.34660 through RG and then ~Rs.410 of surcharge in Axis. Overall you're looking at around ~Rs.570 extra.
Coming to the reward points, I believe you should get the based on Rs.34660 amount.
Last I checked Citi Prestige gives 4% in terms of airmiles and is free from any surcharge.

Do we need to reset / re-enable / trigger RedGiraffe payment ID every month? I got the below email, what does it mean?

If you have registered for non-autopay (Standing Instructions), the bill shall expire 3-4 days prior to the due date, please trigger the payment and confirm. Bill presentation is notified by the card issuing bank via email. Once a bill is expired, it cannot be presented in the same month.
