I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

So the cashback was only by using Debit card, is it? Normal bank account pay via BillPay or SmartPay or whatever they call doesn't work for cashback?

Yes only DC
Nothing on paying via account

HDFC ka koi senior official hai active is forum pe. HDFC ne hi force kra hoga Mobikwik ko MCC change krne. The coincidence of events happening all points to that.

And the current liquidity-deficit is also playing a role.

Mein bhi funds shift kr rha to ICICI. No point keeping in HDFC now 🤣

Update- we can add HDFC cc in HDFC bill pay via net banking as well as mobile app.
But no option to pay via DC in both.

1% for all dc, cc (verified for visa)

2.36% prepaid cards (verified for rupay)

Don't know when they updated.

But under premium cc bill of kotak, bob, sbi, federal, bob .......... NO charges for visa dc.
