Reward points ICICI EPM account reset to 0, despite having a balance of approximately 37,000 points before

The reward points in my ICICI EPM account have been reset to 0, despite having a balance of approximately 37,000 points before. Has anyone faced this?
After this statement, more reward points should have been shown but it has reset to 0. Where can i escalate this?

Same but i pestered him to raise a SR. I reached out to my Wealth RM. Nothing yet

For me this is now resolved points are showing correctly now.

why icici bank needs months to credit the points .. such a poor bank .. ideally points should be credited as soon as transaction is settled . or atleast there should be some tracking system for accelerated points

My icici statement was generated on November 15, and till now I dont see the points credited.
What is the usual turn around time for points credit?
Is this an issue anyone else also have faced here, in the recent times?

There's an issue I think at the icici bank end. I have around 115k points, and yesterday on ishop it was showing 84k around and I did not use my points anywhere and plus my new statement is generated 5 days ago and still new points are missing. So I sent an email to customer care.

That is where I absolutely love the way HDFC handles its points credit . It is so hassle free and statement itself shows everything. In ICICI it is very opaque. Every time need to raise complaint through phone banking for credit of points
