According to my knowledge saving account can't open without vkyc, only wallet can be activated through aadhar OTP.

No we can open Bank account with mini kyc via addhar OTP, previously I do many times. Account validity 1 years with 2 lacs maximum transaction

Bhai bharatpe per salon khola tha , 1din mein 2k karke 30k tak payment Kiya tha ... Mujhe pata tha wo log 24 hours ke liye cc payment block karta hein ... But after last cc payment block 3 days passing still not able to CC payment. Paytm mein to 24 hours ka cooling time hota hein ... Bharape pe kya hota hein ... Anybody know ?

Merchant name registered in whose name? If same surname also it can raise red flags in their system. Has happened to me once
