Rupay Credit Card to Bank for Free

Hey Guys

Please help me , I want to transfer rupay credit card to bank for free.

In the past I transfer my rupay credit balence to Bank via Indus merchant app but as of now this is also closed.

Please help me

One of my friend, who runs a shop, told me that they are charged 1.4% +GST for accepting payments through UPI+Rupay CC!!
Then how can someone agree for 0.5%???

My known local guy said that its free for rupay for them but i never asked him to rotate

Now a days acceptance or rupay via UPI is less.
