Issue Resolved Rupay credit card to bank

Mujhe ek query clarify karni thi. Agar kisi individual ne apne Rupay credit card ka use karke apne family members ke merchant account par regular basis par ₹2000 ya isse kam ki payments ki ho, toh kya is par bank ki taraf se koi action liya jaa sakta hai?

Agar aapke records mein kisi customer ke saath aisa koi case hua hai, toh kripya mujhe uska example ya aapka stand explain karein.
