Finally Indian Bank credited 2500 cashback after raising to md desk, they checked with npci manually and credited. Looks like only people who ask them will get it.

Icici still ongoing.

On a side note, Indian bank guys settled my 1 usd priority pass verification transaction and added forex fees as well🤦‍♂️. Jo settle karna hota hai, wo nai karte hai aur ab jo nai karna tha, wo kar diya. One case closed only to open another 😅.

The problem is unable to find who to ask for the same. SBI is saying they don't have information regarding the cashback.

Neither they have any option to raise a compliant for the same.

Mine were debit cards mostly 😂.

PNB and SBI majorly.
No clue of any cashback.

Rupay customer care doesn't know anything.
Bank doesn't know anything.

Ab kismat mei hoga to theek varna bhad mei jaye 😂

Contact bank higher level, tell them to contact NPCI and share the offer.

Received cashback finally from HDFC today, raised it with Grievance and they manually checked and credited

email sent on Oct 1 and got credited today, Oct 25

10 days passed, asked again and got a bigger timeline 😭.

As per the concern team's revert we inform you that Cashback processing could not be completed on account of technical errors. Same shall be credited in next 15 working days.

15 days over, asked again and got another timeline.

As per the revert from the department concern, our team is trying there best to credit the cash back.

The NPCI cash back will be credited in 7 working days.

7 days over, asked again saying I will file complaint to RBI if not credited by this week, got a call saying this time they will definitely credit and got another timeline. I am going to complaint directly to RBI on next Sunday, if they don't fulfill this time.
