I don't think anyone received cashback till now

Pata nhi, I am sure they don't have any hint of this as well.

Looks like you will not get any cash back.
The terms state---

Cashback will be credited to the eligible customer’s account by the customers’ RuPay Global card Issuing Bank within 60 working days from the settlement of the eligible transaction.

The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:
Online transactions.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) transactions.
Transactions for Gift cards.
ATM transactions.
E-Wallet transactions.

I bought an IPhone at official Apple Store in USA. It was a POS transaction for sure.

So, it should be valid. Any idea who to contact?

Also I did not just this, but a number of transactions at different POS points, be it food, toll, etc.

Lol, don't know why I used some to even give extra forex charges 🤣

You have to be realistic here.
how do you expect a card which earns only 1.5 to 2% MDR to pay you 25% from its pocket?

This was a marketing strategy to get people to apply for the Rupay Discover or JCB card and increase their sales exponentially

year 2019 se aise offer aa raha hai. Ustme 40% Cashback deta tha.

Rahi baat cashback ki delay ki, maine pahele he bola hai, kuch banks easily automatic de dete hai. Kuch banks thora sa complaint karne k baad de dete hai.

Aur kuch banks aise hote hai paresan karne k baad dete hai.

Par hai 90 days se pahele toh dete hai nahi.

I used my Rupay cards specifically giving 3.5-4 percent extra forex just for the cashback 🤣. Else, I would have used my zero forex card.
