Anyone received cashback for October -December or Jan-March offer yet?

Yeh bande se pucho twitter pe, isne shayad BOB and SBI se last time aise offer liya tha, ustime shayad 40% cashback tha.

isne complaint kiya tha ya automatic aaya tha puchlo.

aur bhi kuch log hai twitter par, last time 40% cashback ka received ka post daala tha. Khojna parega.

Uss time ka jo terms tha uske hisab se sahi aaya tha. Uss time ka terms shayad tha offer end date se 60 days.

But this time terms says 60 days from settlement date.

Edit: Just checked. At that time, terms was 45 days from transaction date and I got it after about 75 days. Current terms say 60 days from settlement date and it has been about 80 days so far. Maybe, they count working days only 🙄.

Oh, I had one Rupay JCB one, that had limit of 15K cashback.
Rest I had 5 Discover variants - SBI, ICICI, PNB, Kotak, IndusInd. 😉

Fan of Rupay Cards after using it at London Airport for lounge access. Also, in US the acceptability was great, never faced any problems.

Agar 90 days k baad nahi aaye toh bank me complaint karna, agar woh log nahi sune toh higher level pe complaint karna bank k.

Icici asking for proof of purchase and charge slip for the said transactions. Where do I get it from now? I threw away everything long back🤦‍♂️.

Proof of purchase is your card statement na. 🤣🤣

That's what I replied 😅. Also, asked to share offer terms which says to keep invoice and charges slip for 4 months.

Finally Indian Bank credited 2500 cashback after raising to md desk, they checked with npci manually and credited. Looks like only people who ask them will get it.

Icici still ongoing.

On a side note, Indian bank guys settled my 1 usd priority pass verification transaction and added forex fees as well🤦‍♂️. Jo settle karna hota hai, wo nai karte hai aur ab jo nai karna tha, wo kar diya. One case closed only to open another 😅.

As checked with concerned team, we inform that the cash-back for the mentioned transactions will be provided by NPCI team and the same will be processed within next 10 working days.

10 days passed, asked again and got a bigger timeline 😭.

As per the concern team's revert we inform you that Cashback processing could not be completed on account of technical errors. Same shall be credited in next 15 working days.

Now a days, bank cant credit more than your available limit, i think this is the reason cashback is not credited.

Last month one person told his 5% SBI Cashback credit card cashback is not credited after statement generated because he already paid all due amount now no available limit left to credit the cashback. 🤣🤣

I am not sure, but I feel that is why everyone not receive the cashback.

Mine were debit cards mostly 😂.

PNB and SBI majorly.
No clue of any cashback.

Rupay customer care doesn't know anything.
Bank doesn't know anything.

Ab kismat mei hoga to theek varna bhad mei jaye 😂
