You had chosen SBI Bank in the RBI complaint option, right?

In RBI's reply, it says SBI Card. I think you choose SBI Card by mistake.

SBI Bank and SBI Card are two separate entities (You need to choose SBI Bank).

I chose SBI bank only, they reverted back saying it concerns SBI card, though I clearly specified they were debit card transactions.

Plus I contacted rupay and they said they shared the cashback with bank on 31st september, this branch is weird my refunds get stuck my cashback get stuck, don't wanna sound retarded but do branch employees have any control over this?

You can submit a written complaint through the SBI branch.

I mailed Bob last month, they said next statement cashback will be credited

Got the cashback auto credited to my Bob premiere CC.
Total cashback received was 8300 and spends were around 35000 during my singapore trip where most pos spends were done by this card.
