Hi, did you do any special settings to enable international transaction on your BOB card ? I am trying to use my BOB premier card in the Philippines but it keeps getting declined everywhere. I have enabled all international settings via bob website. Please advise. Thanks.

No special setting.. Enabled ecom and merchant outlets for international on Bob card app.. I entered limit same as my card limit and saved..

The complaint was rejected or marked resolved:

"The complaint lodged by the complainant is not covered under the regulatory purview of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. Hence complaint is closed as a non-maintainable complaint."

And RBI vaali aapki link prr complaint.

Although dono prr koi reply nhi aaya, RBI vaalo ne close kardiya tha.

Very random honestly, I don't remember exactly.

The credit is just one 15K.

Was anyone able to use Union Bank of Indian & Central bank of India Rupay JCB DC card for intl trxns? I got these 2 cards last year for JCB 40% offer but didn't work in POS while SbI JCB card was working so no issues with POS. I got cashback on SBI JCB DC.

Thinking to close these accounts. I will keep SBI.

If it was not a PSU bank then I would have said to complain to the banks.

One person’s AU Bank RuPay credit card wasn’t working for international POS transactions. He complained to AU Bank and immediate action was taken— it started working the next day.

But in PSU banks, where will you complain? To whom? No one knows.
