Ask @VISHESH_BANSAL He complained to RBI about other RuPay offer cashback and after complaint HDFC Bank credited the cashback.

Most important - Didn't you attach proof of the bank complaint, along with the bank complaint ID number, etc.?

You had chosen SBI Bank in the RBI complaint option, right?

In RBI's reply, it says SBI Card. I think you choose SBI Card by mistake.

SBI Bank and SBI Card are two separate entities (You need to choose SBI Bank).
