Select they were also giving me as i am burgundy and it is ltf. Samsung i followed up for long with pno also but they said can’t give within 12 months. I have stopped following up now, will try after 6 months if ER can be still be transferred at 5:4.

For me, select also wasn't working due to this cooldown. So, if ur 3 months are completed post 45 days of last upgrade, try again.

Yes. No ltf, 30k fees has to be paid.
