Samsung Axis Bank Infinite Credit Card - Too good to be true?
Depends on the time it takes to link your Samsung CC to ER account. Once ER gets credited for any tnx, the joining bonus will get credited too. You can speed up the linking process by emailing as suggested before.

The limit is per gyftr account (mobile number), and not per card
Chances of blocking card from gyftr? I heard that they block if same card is used for multiple HDFC smartbuy account
Yes, it can get blocked although chances are low for just a few tnx.. but here you have a different card, so you can create a separate gyftr account for that, although it's also not recommended
Just a mobile number for creating account, but for buying GV from Axis Gyftr, an Axis card will be required
By different card if you mean Samsung, it may not give ER in gyftr
I have received base ER for tnx done on Gyftr using Samsung CC
Thanks for the update. I was asking because in Samsung card booklet, one fine line says
Reward points will not be earned for following catagory
EMI transaction on Non samsung spends, Fuel, rental payment, wallet load, cash withdrawal, Jewelry/Gold Purchases, Gift voucher purchases (if any)
Although, in website pdf, there is no mention about Gift voucher purchase + i dont think axis bank has excluded ER points in Gift card category for any of card
Plus - https://edgerewards.axisbank.co.in/lms/terms-conditions?channel=Desktop - this doesnt have Samsung card listed so we might get base ER but not sure about accelerated
