Samsung S25 Ultra Thread - Purchase Decision and Features Discussion

Samsung exchange process is refined now earlier there were problems. But Flipkart exchange many users are reporting problems including me, but there are success stories too.
Usually iPhones now come with international warranty, so problem shouldn’t be there. But this is my assumption, just check with Samsung customer care, if they could help.
Same 2 ecosystem
1. Iphone 13, apple watch series 10, airpod pro
2. Samsung 22, s25 ultra, samsung s9 tab, galaxy watch 5, buds pro 2.
I brought offline from Vijay sales they gave me 1 case And one screen protector. He skipped most of setting and wanted to open my galaxy app and said it needed for 8k hdfc offer and two freebie so i didn't paid much attention and in few minutes the setup was complete then I had to reset cause I want to use smart switch. Will insert my sim tomorrow and check
Edit - forget to mention, they gave me one wireless board earphone, and one powerbank for free.

Thanks. The offline guy told me that I should get the 5k voucher for pre-booking. But not sure when and how I will get that. Do let me know.
Oh I checked on my galaxy app i can't see anywhere mentioning anything about 5k voucher how to find one!

I have not got any accessories. ₹1,10,000 with 6 months Free EMI without any exchange. Only screen guard offered.
Your 114649, you bought it on vouchers, so you saved a bit on it. Actually it’s till 10th February as per my knowledge but this offline sales guy was like tonight we are closing. And BTW I was looking for Black 512 for which the stocks were limited.
But as per them there is huge demand and sales for S25 Ultra and Samsung strategy worked well.
First impressions are good. I like the black one, but Samsung is offering one more exclusive black colour (Jet Black- Remember this name from iPhone 7) to Samsung Channels. Let’s see if someone posts pic of it.
Exchanging through Flipkart is quite troublesome, I must say. I had mentioned earlier that Flipkart doesn't usually offer favorable exchange deals. If you had exchanged directly through Samsung's official website, you would have received a bonus of 12,000 and a better exchange rate for your old phone. Perhaps going offline would be the best option for you now.

Can you check with the offline sales guy about this pre-booking voucher ? Mine told me that it will come up in mygalaxy app but I'm a bit skeptical.

The maximum amount you can get for your exchange is the one displayed in the app or on the website. However, it is not guaranteed that you will receive this full amount. Flipkart, in particular, rarely offers the maximum value—they always deduct something.
On the other hand, if you exchange your phone directly with Samsung, there is a higher chance that you will receive the exact amount shown in the app. In my case, I received the exact amount displayed on the website, without any deductions—not even a single rupee. However, such cases are rare. I was able to get the full amount because my phone was in excellent condition.
Samsung uses the same diagnostic tool{Cashify Diagnosis} to assess your phone’s connectivity. Minor scratches usually don’t matter much, but there should be no dents, and the phone should be in good working condition. If these conditions are met, you will most likely receive the full exchange amount.
As for Cashify, they have a diagnostic tool that you can download to check your phone’s condition. The tool runs a series of tests, and if your phone passes all of them, you will receive the full exchange amount. However, for every failed test, the exchange value will be reduced accordingly. You can download the tool before the exchange to get an estimate of whether you will receive the full value for your phone or not.

Tried this, but no cost EMI or Exchange bonus only one is available.
Yes offline deals are better. Good experience, haven't tried for almost 5 years now. From now on will try offline once.

Here it is, this isn't for us, really. It's basically for the delivery partner to check our phone. But we can download and check it ourselves. It's on Samsung's official website, listed in the terms and conditions; I read it there, downloaded it, and checked it beforehand, so I was already confident I'd get the full exchange amount.
