My question is specifically about the Additional Exchange Bonus—will it also be removed if the device I’m exchanging isn’t flawless?

If I choose Instant Exchange, I’d need to pay ₹11,000 (Additional Exchange Bonus) + ₹23,040, which would lower the total amount. But I’m considering Smart Exchange to claim a higher GST refund, so I need clarity before proceeding.

Since I paid the full amount, the device will be delivered under Smart Exchange, but the pricing is a bit unclear. The way I see it:

• ₹11,000 (Exchange Bonus) + ₹26,010 (Device Value) = ₹37,010
• Minus ₹16,000 adjustment (since I’ll only get ₹10,000 for the S22)

So, in the end, will I receive ₹21,000 in my bank account, or just ₹10,000, which is what Cashify is also offering?

I am not sure of exchange work process, this is the first time I am doing exchange process on Ecom Websites. For Apple I always use offline Exchange for which I get good value on Exchange.

True i checked for iphone 12 256gb it offer 46k so iphone 11 is somewhat 31k i believe

Actually I had ordered this phone through my friend's reference, who is a very close relative of Samsung Regional Distributor. He said that he is giving me this phone cost to cost.
