SBI BPCL Octane card: reward points

This is related to SBI BPCL Octane card. On the website, it says "6.25% + 1% Fuel surcharge waiver on every BPCL transaction upto ₹ 4000 (exclusive of GST and other charges)". My query is that if I fill fuel for 4500 Rs, would I get reward points (@25x or 6.25%) for 4000 Rs or I won't get any reward point or something else?

I mailed the customer care. They credited the points as a onetime goodwill measure. If the retailer changes then better not fuel up there.

nope, even for COCO, sometimes we won't get points and have to follow up for points and surcharge reversal, so forget about non company owned outlets

still the same
