SBI Card Debited Reward Points Without Any Proper Clarification

Hello everyone,
Recently, SBI Card debited reward points or posted equivalent charges to many of their cardholders.
Reason: According to SBI Card's T&C, cardholders will not earn reward points during sales (Amazon/Flipkart sales), because cardholders already get instant discounts... Okay, but when many people asked them to give a proper explanation with transaction-wise calculations, they just sent a generic email reply.
So, I'm thinking of making a banking kissa video.
I'm requesting everyone to post screenshots of reward debits, equivalent charges, emails, email replies, etc. here.

They debited 30 rupees from my account as well, wtf is wrong with them! I also lost 2800 points along with this, any way to retaliate?

Today 2000 reward point were deducted from my simplclick cc
and 100 points from simplysave

in my case they deduct points after 4 months even talk to customer care they don't know why points deducted.

Beware: SBI Frauds Pvt Ltd will do this again on a mass scale in Jan 2025. For many people they don't take back the points for over 12 months and then deduct once a year.

Does anyone know what's the cash value of a SBI reward point? People who were debited cash, what's the conversion rate? Is 1 reward point value the same across all SBI cards?

In SimplyCLICK, if you redeem for Amazon vouchers it's 1 RP = ₹0.20. But when they take back points it's 1 RP ₹0.25 which is also the rate for Swiggy and other vouchers. So they cheat with ₹0.05 per 1 RP and think they can get away with this since very few people will complain to RBI.
