SBI Card, Rejecting to file a chargeback

Agar sabke liye Flipkart responsible hai to mujhe bhi chahiye paise. Moto phone me 2 saal ka update promise kiya tha nahi aaya. Mai bhi chargeback raise karun😂

Refund milne ke baad phone ko sell kardunga.

I am not a seller, but many of my friends are, and some sell computer peripherals like motherboards.

If a motherboard stops working within a few days, the shopkeeper usually won't help. The customer has to claim the warranty from the brand, and usually, all brands help, even small brands like Frontech and Consistent.

I agree with what you mentioned—that the shopkeeper should claim the warranty with the brand so the customer doesn't have to do anything—but sadly, it's not happening.

By the way, I am an active Flipkart customer, buying around 30-40 smartphones a year, along with many laptops, TVs, motherboards, and CPUs for my friends and sometimes for resale purposes. I have faced issues with products, but the brand has always helped, and the issue got resolved.
 
That's only when Flipkart gave wrong item or damaged item to the customer.

Yes it's not a fault of customer. It's a fault of brand that is Lloyd.

Do you expect Flipkart employees to visit each and every seller and check all the products, including his dishwasher with a dirty kadhai, to see if it can clean it?
I don't expect anything, laws expect it. I don't like to argue further with the same reasoning again and again. If you don't believe, view some past decision/ order made by commision and court in favour of customer, you will understand the liability or marketplace like Flipkart and Amazon.


Flipkart is not a small retailer; Flipkart and Amazon are dupoloy in the markets. There's deficiency in service on part of Flipkart as well. Flipkart is responsible as well. It has indulged in unfair trade practices by just listing the product and not taking care that the listed product matches with the description or not.

Flipkart or any other ecom can't raise hands by stating there's no privity of contract, I am third party being marketplace or facilitator. Parties to the contract are customer/ buyer or seller/ merchant. I have nothing to do.

But refund and compensation depends upon the nature of circumstances of the case, ground and argument as well.

Sadly, that's what's happening. Once i recieved a defective Samsung Monitor (Display clearity issue) from Flipkart. Flipkart was not even ready to replace it. But Samsung helped and got the replacement.

There should be a strict rule for it. In the UAE, there's a website called Noon. They provide their own warranty. If you have any issues in your warranty period, then you can raise a request in the Noon app itself, and they'll pick up and drop the item for you.

My friend who bought an Insta360 ONE RS camera from Noon got a full refund for his camera just because the camera's WiFi stopped working after 3 months. I was shocked ki ye India me kyun nahi hota.

He then purchased the same camera at an even lower price because of discounts running 😂😂

Depending upon the case. You can raise chargeback within 3-6 months of payment.

Flipkart ya koi bhi merchant apni kaisi bhi policy bana le... if they are selling those products then they are responsible if any fraud happens with customer within that period of time

When a merchant integrate Visa/Mastercard Payment gateway on their website, they directly/indeirectly agree to the consumer purchase protection and disupte guidelines given by Visa/Mastercard.

Customer care raise the dispute with the merchant itself if the Manufacturer doen't comply with the Warranty they are adversiting.

My own experience:
I purchased a VU 65-inch television during the COVID pandemic, but it had severe backlight issues. I reported the problem to Flipkart within the return window, and they initiated a service request. However, no service engineer ever visited my place. I also contacted VU, but their support was unhelpful. Eventually, both Flipkart and VU stopped responding.
I then decided to file a chargeback request. Initially, the chargeback representative suggested that I resolve the issue with the manufacturer and Flipkart. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to process the chargeback. I eventually received the refund after a dispute resolution. The whole process took about 2-3 months. Despite this, I still have the faulty television.

Hone ke liye hota bhuat kam matra mein judiciary kya hi bolu ispe... yaha pe nayai milne mein bhuat der ho jata hai jab milta bhi hai toh...and aam aadmi ko toh aur bhi jada... apna hak ke ladke lena padta hai waise hi nahi deta yaha...

Bro yaha mein matter kya hai pata hai ... log apna preconceived knowledge sabse upar mante hai...dusre pe haha karenge just if baat na maane disagree janaye toh respectfully, kyu ki ego bada hai na...facts/laws ke basis pe baat nahi karenge... just ye nahi hota wo nahi hota, khudko nahi mila...khud lad nahi saka toh aur kisko nahi mil sakta... nahi milna chahiye wali soch hai...and ye aapko just bata raha baat chala toh aapko nahi bola aap open minded ho...

Dusri baat jab problem khudke saath hota hai toh desperately help mangte hain lekin if dusre ke saath huwa rahega toh majak banayenge ya toh ignore...kyu ki farak nahi padta hai na...

So called funny content aa jaye unke hisab se firh maja lene mein piche nahi rahenge...
