Ye last comment... defend ke liye, baaki jisko jo lage....if merchant mana kare toh bejhijhakh kar skatein hai chargeback...safe and kam effort wala kaam hai instead going to court, if facts/proofs/argument dhang se rakh sakein toh.

Aap lagta hai dhang se dekhte hi nahi ho... kuch bhi policy bana dene se acceptance dene se nahi ho jata hai... legally enforceable hona chahiye bro, policy supercedes karne wale bhi hatkande hai...wo sab chorye uska jarurat hi nahi hai... check this

Haan ye ho sakta hai lekin iska bhi appeal kara ja sakta hain, just because case jitt gaya, compensate karna pada iss ground pe block ko unlawful mana jayega...firh account holder lada toh unfair trade practices and wagerah wagera ke ground pe firse compensation 😂

My own experience:
I purchased a VU 65-inch television during the COVID pandemic, but it had severe backlight issues. I reported the problem to Flipkart within the return window, and they initiated a service request. However, no service engineer ever visited my place. I also contacted VU, but their support was unhelpful. Eventually, both Flipkart and VU stopped responding.
I then decided to file a chargeback request. Initially, the chargeback representative suggested that I resolve the issue with the manufacturer and Flipkart. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to process the chargeback. I eventually received the refund after a dispute resolution. The whole process took about 2-3 months. Despite this, I still have the faulty television

Can you share few additional details like which card it was & what was the actual transaction amount & what was the refund amount etc.

Citi rewards card, amount was ~60k. received full amount.
The only challenge we as a customer can face is making the bank agree on raising the dispute. Once raised and it goes to Visa/Master, you will get the chargeback if you are right. This is not handled by Indian non-customer centric teams but Visa/Master Global team and they prioritize customer's view. The same I cannot say about Rupay.
 
Bro yaha mein matter kya hai pata hai ... log apna preconceived knowledge sabse upar mante hai...dusre pe haha karenge just if baat na maane disagree janaye toh respectfully, kyu ki ego bada hai na...facts/laws ke basis pe baat nahi karenge... just ye nahi hota wo nahi hota, khudko nahi mila...khud lad nahi saka toh aur kisko nahi mil sakta...

I myself don't know what I would have done if the brand hadn't supported me with my issues. But luckily, all brands resolved my issues.

I even got a replacement for the Sennheiser earphones I ordered from Flipkart. The left side stopped working after a few months, so I raised a complaint with Sennheiser because it's within the warranty period, and they gave me new earphones.

Usually reputed brands do care these things because they believe on their top notch quality and service. 😁
 
Actually flipkart on their product listing claimed it can intensively clean dirty kadhai.

I shot a video, as it doesn't really does that even after 3 services. So what flipkart claimed on their listing was incorrect.
Is this the sole reason you filed chargeback, Or the product doesn't work at all?

No, this is not the only reason, the dishes after cleaning forms a white residue, which doesn't even get off with a metal scotchbrite scrubber. 3 services from Lloyd done, no improvements. I mean, what's the point of owning a dishwasher if i have to manually prewash and post wash the dishes. Flipkart never claimed there wouldn't be any white residue on the dishes after cleaning. The only claim they made was it can intensively clean dirty kadhai, and trust me. It does not. I have used everything what the brand recommended, including installing a hard water filter, using high quality soap and rinse aid. But no improvements.

Since flipkart made a claim just for kadhai, i'm using it as a weapon for chargeback. Apart from that there are multiple issues.
