SBI card swap/change period

Hi, I got SBI simply click card on dec 2022, As it is paid card and I want SBI card only for offers, so thinking of taking SBI BPCL card by swapping my simply click card.
I always wanted SBI BPCL card as it is eligible for SBI instant discount offer and fee reversal spend is only 50K,
but in office there was SBI desk was offering simply click on CIBIL without documents so I applied and got.

After how many days, I can swap that card with BPCL. Can I call customer care and swap?

Please suggest.
 
I was waiting for the verification call. Nothing came. A call from SBI (true caller verified) number came, when I attend it pin drop silence for 20+ seconds then call disconnects. Then next day I received sms that request cannot be processed (SBI card app service request section shows request declined). The same day I placed card closure request again and next day got the call from same number, same silence for 20+ seconds before it disconnected. Now waiting for the service request to close. After it closes, I will DM them in twitter with screenshot.and make them call me again.
So, SBI played again. I received a service request declined for the swap request with no reasons. Trued contacting them, can't connect. Customer Care number is always busy and disconnects itself after recorded voice. Then again I rasied card closure request so that they will call me back like before. But this time THEY CLOSED MY DAMN CREDIT CARD DIRECTLY 😡😡 I have written to them through SBI card app, DM'ed them in twitter 36 hrs ago, still waiting for a response.

They will not respond on time, i have also raised request to them 3 days ago but till now no response
 
They will never care. Even I experienced the same. I also closed my card which had never arrived and after I closed they called upgrade request is there will reverse prime card fee but not air india signature card . So I asked them to close it and I have other cc vistara prime with them and limit is 40k when asked they say that is all it can be given based on review asked what is the criteria have no answer . I told them cancel it it is deactivated now they said to utilize 850 reward point within 30 days else it will be forefinger when I checked sbi reward system is atrocious like their management.

I raised a complain multiple times but had to put a request for closure, only then they called back, re-raised the card and again it did not get delivered. This happend 3 times. They courier the card using India post and the tracking number which they send is always invalid starting with EVXXXXXXXXX, whereas the correct tracking number should have IN at the end.

Sbi is notoriously poor in customer service and 99 % of rher agents are ill equipped to converse and half witted agents who don't bother to listen at all. On top of it their managers too are dame category. Hence I had to cancel the card which never came. And they kept saying it will be sent before 13th July and I kept asking where is the courier tracking message that customer receive. No answer but keep skipping the question and insist not to cancel it. However I had to stick to my guns and when I asked for my other card LE they asked payslip and they declined it few days back and today they sent sms saying to avail interest free chgs LE from 40k ton64k. What else to do accepted that LE and reflected immediately but still the poorest and qorst banking service by sbi.they are functioning just like our politician .
