SBI Cashback *add on* card login??

So my sister in law has the sbi cashback card now

I got add on card for myself with my ph no as sbi kept declining me for the same.

I do get otp's on my no. but not all the time. It is very confusing.

Also ivr doesn't let me talk to CC as they ask to put my reg no, which i do and they do recognize it and then they ask to put last 4 digits of the card, and when i do, it says they didn't get my last 4 digits, this happens 3 times and then call disconnects.

not able to login aswell and make id...

is anyone using add on card?

I was thinking it's like amex add on card experience where add on card holder get's her own id, own password, otp's, and mostly everything...

1. You cannot create a login for add-on card.
2. You cannot speak to their customer care from your mobile number or basis on add-on card. But u can talk wid them only after primary speaks first from her mobile number and u can take over.
3. I am using the add -on sbi card. Very painful experience. 😞

This sucks. Amex add on card experience is so amazing. SBI Sucks

just an update here after 2 weeks experience

- no one cannot create login for sbicard.com or app for add on card.
- no customer care can't be called from add on card holder number, only primary card holder ph number allowed.

But there is something interesting, when we open sbi card app, and put add on card numbers, it does say it sent otp to register can't but that otp never comes either on add on card holder or on primary card holder ph no.

anyways, plain and simply, nothing for add on card holders, except to just use the card.
