My oldest account is SBI:

I can not even apply for IOCL Classic cards through net banking, it gives error "INVALID CATEGORY".

so, only ome typical scheme codes in SBI allow IOCL Cards.- this I need to know.

RuPay phir domestic and international website and POS machine me woh BIN ko enabled karega, JCB bhi apne international website and POS machine me woh BIN enabled karega.

Phir IOCL k POS machine/terminal ID number k acquirer bank k sath special integration hoga woh BIN se taki usme 0.75% reward points mile.

Phir SBI apne banking debit card software me usko integrate karega.

Phir woh option saare Bank k branch ko update karega, taki branch wale apply kar paye and SBI net banking me bhi.

Phir ja kar card ko launch karega. Oh itne me ATM toh mai bhul he gaya.
