2nd option, SBI Yono app se instant Virtual RuPay Global Classic card generate karlo.

Kuch log bole free virtual card hai but mai koi guarantee nahi dunga free hai ki nahi, kyunki maine check nahi kiya.

3rd option, Branch ja kar RuPay IOCL Global card apply karlo, charges kam hai. Yeh classic global variant ki baat kiya maine.

SBI Virtual card can be availed from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM without any joining fee and annual fee, as of now. Mentioned in T & C during applying this.

(Please include whether saving ac elligible? What is AMC for this and what is the salary needed to get this one? Is it necessary to be a Corporate salaried person?)

If you ask me then i will suggest keep both RuPay card and block Visa Platinum.

First check that Visa Platinum is really beneficial for you.

Because RuPay JCB Platinum atleast give you monthly bill payment offer.

No. I have used points for recharges, bill payments and had also redeemed Amazon vouchers.

You can recharge Paytm Fastag using these points and then transfer to Saving Account from Paytm Wallet.

Which SBI DC is good for CC Bill payment?

SBI JCB RuPay DC gives 20% off (or maybe cashback) upto Rs.100 per month on recharge/bill pay. I am not sure whether CC bill payment is covered in it.
