But still he denied saying that, we will issue Platinum card to only salary account who has more than 1L salary credit in this account.
I request him to at least try in my account, If the system doesn't allow, I won't request again.
But he was stick with his words.
Very bad experience in SBI. Now , any other idea how can I get Rupay platinum jcb card in my account?

Create a online complaint in the category "GENERAL BANKING - BRANCH RELATED - NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES ". Your Branch Manager will call u in 2 days and tell that he has applied a card for you. :D

I got SBI rupay platinum JCB bt during signup it gives error wrong card details entered, pl guide how to register and is this card is eligible for wellness pgm

Offer valid only on SBI Gold, Silver, Platinum, Rhodium RuPay Debit Card.

Not eligible for SBI RuPay Platinum debit cards.

You used RuPay's Platinum debit card not SBI Platinum.

I applied for platinum on rupay plateform, received SBI platinum JCB on rupay plateform, now pl clear is SBI platinum JCB rupay and SBI platinum rupay are different cards n nw what to do

Both are different card.

Are you salary user ? CSP Salary account ?

SBI platinum JCB RuPay offer you 20% off upto 100 per month on mobile recharge/utility bill payment on Amazon and Swiggy 20% off upto 100 per month offer.

Yes I ve salary acct with them sir, I have SBI platinum earlier with nw got this rupay card as secondary card

If you have CSP Salary account then Ask him @MrWick , he is SBI bank employee, he will help you.

Also which CSP Salary account variant you have ? Gold CSP Salary account, Diamond CSP Salary account, Platinum CSP Salary account or Rhodium CSP Salary account ?

I am trying to get a new debit card after my old card got expired.
In YONO I am seeing RUPAY Global. Also it is not showing any charge related info. IMG_5257.jpeg
Have few queries:
1. This will be which variant of the Rupay
2. What will be the charges

This are standard rupay card. Rupay variant for salary accounts (which are discussed here) are currently issued via branch only.
For charges kindly visit sbi website or check the terms and conditions shown in your screenshot.

RuPay Classic Contactless NCMC variant. You can also apply RuPay Classic "IOCL" Contactless NCMC variant from SBI Internet banking.

charges are same for all cards. However, some branches apply RuPay Classic issuance card is free but annual charges Rs125+GST.

Note - virtual card is 100% LIFETIME FREE.
