I saw in some of their salary value propositions that they are proposing Rhodium-Platinum_diamond-Gold Debit cards for Central Government Salary propositions also...... (Link - https://sbi.co.in/web/corporate-salary-package/iim)
however, as you say and the branch also confirmed that the card is not getting indented for CGSP accounts.

Not sure if this is some tech glitch or phased roll out!!


Also @MrWick , is there any difference in the product offerings for CSP vs CG vs SG (considering same variant for comparison like Diamond/platinum/gold).
In the product descriptions, I couldn't find any such difference in terms of loan concession, etc....but just wanted to be know if I'm missing on anything?

Today visited branch and tried applying for rupay select platinum (SR A) but the request was throwing some error that tier not eligble.
Having CGSP-Platinum and currently holding visa platinum.
Branch people are not aware of the new product line. Chief manager has raised it to technical team lets see.

Sad...i have similar experience for my family member. Nobody has any clues or doesn't want to escalate any error with the technical/product teams. For my case, same error was occuring for SGSP Diamond. Branch people weren't interested in escalating internally, but rather asked me to come after 1 month.

I reported this issue to twitter, and the twitter team said that everything was good and working fine for SGSP & CGSP. On further complaining, they are now asking for acct number, branch details, etc.

No..it is a RuPay Platinum DC.

CGSP is govt salary acc. But as these card are being issued to CSA/CSP type account, that is why conversion required.

But that conversion is not possible na.
You are employed suppose in Group A SOI Central Govt, obviously your salary account is linked with your employer name.
How will you convert in CSA/CSP, your employer name will not be available under CSP package na.
So conversion is sort of impossible

Today I went to My home branch of SBI and asked for a Rupay platinum debit (RPJ) card. My SBI account is almost 13 years old. And I have FD of 4 lakhs there and my monthly average balance is approx 1 lakh.
But still he denied saying that, we will issue Platinum card to only salary account who has more than 1L salary credit in this account.
I request him to at least try in my account, If the system doesn't allow, I won't request again.
But he was stick with his words.
Very bad experience in SBI. Now , any other idea how can I get Rupay platinum jcb card in my account?

Online grievance kar do via app or netbanking. Khud kal tak phone ayega aur Phir bolna form le kar mere ghar pe aao wahin sign karunga
