SBI not allowing limit transfer from existing card

Today i called customer care to close my sbi card
And told them to transfer limit from one of the card to other
They told they cant,3-4 days ago they received a notice
They cant transfer limit of a card to another card
Someone can confirm?

Check with 3-4 times with different agent. It will work.

They might be devaluing the card for not giving any cashbacks even this way. Anyways from May 1st they are devaluing this to 5K per month now no limit transfer also. We will wait for other users to report.

I again called them they told ab process call k through nahi ho raha hai
They raised my complain and asked what limit you want to transfer and told me to wait for resolution.

Can i request to transfer limit from Cashback card[1 and half month old] to Bpcl card [9 months old].
Before they officially disallow limit transfer between cards.

I have done balance transfer immediately after receiving cash back card on April 2nd. As per my case there are no vintage rules. But with devaluation happening now, we need to get feedback from users. Try now and add your feedback.

Yes. Seems they are not allowing.. limit transfer now .

May 1st is the date of devaluation for cash back card. Many users are accustomed of using it well. Now it’s a shock.

It happened with me too. The first agent said it is not possible. I have called again next day. This agent said it is possible and tried to do this. However my cards not showing in SBI card app. Agent told me first both the card should appear in mobile app, then the customer care can do the limit transfer.

So you try one more time.
