SBI reversed reward points on SimplyClick

SBI has reversed Rs. 2147 after 6 months of transaction on account of RP Forfeit on Cashback Offer on my SimplyClick card. I have not used this card for any cashback offer on Amazon or Flipkart. Only major transactions I had done on this card are in November month of Rs. 82133 and Rs. 4185 on cleartrip for flight ticket booking and hotel booking. There was discount of Rs. 5000 on flight booking. What should I do now? Should I complaint to RBI? Anybody who has successfully got his charges reversed?

I have written to Principal Nodel Officer for list of transactions on which points has been reversed. Yet to receive reply.

SBI clearly mentioned in tncs shared via E-Mail last year that txns on which instant discount offers are availed ,such txns are not eligible for any further reward points

calculate your reward points on such txns, the same will be debited to your account since you must have redeemed the points earned on such txns before such debit otherwise SBI would deduct available reward points Balance.

Jab tak 10% discount ke baad bhi card pe seperate x% ka benifit na mile na toh txn karne ka mann nhi karta.

SBI shared an email to all the card holder in the month of September 2022... try searching your email

After i heard that sbi is charging users who got both instant discount + Rp. I instantly asked my friend to claim all the Rp and transfer the credit limit to cashback card and close simplyclick.

Why on earth can't SBI have a system wherein they wouldn't give reward points on such transactions!? Its a poor call not to give reward points on offers, no other bank has thankfully copied them on this so far, and secondly, even this nonsense they can't implement properly! Pathetic!

One more question - is it available in RuPay (I know SBICard isn't on UPI yet, but even so)?
