I had used Rupay VDC for txns of Rs 10k and Rs 5809
For rest amount , I used Physical Rupay DC

Sorry, I am still new to this and here is my plan. Experts, please correct me if i am making any mistake here...

1. I didn't get any email about this offer, hope that isn't an issue.
2. I applied and got a rupay virtual debit card today
3. I will pay my credit card bills using my sbi virtual rupay debit card in sbi unipay portal from today.
4. Seems 50K is ecom limit per day in the virtual card for me, so I will be doing 10K transaction * 5 times per day for the next 4 days. I hope i will get 1.25% back.

Is the plan good? is there anything else i should be aware of or should take notice while paying bill?

If using sbi unipay portal, select "other bank debit card" in payment page, you will get 1.5% cashback on virtual debit card

1. We rarely get any email by the SBI. We have to keep checking rewardz website once in a while to see, if there is anything special going on.

2. & 3. Good, make sure to choose "other debit card" option at the checkout page, if you are going to use virtual card.

4. Virtual rate is 1.5%, and for each transaction limit refer this & decide:

For a spend of ₹16600, you will earn:

- 1x (166) base points
- 1x (166) virtual bonus points
- 4x (664) accelerated points.

This totals to 996 points, which is equivalent to ₹249 or approximately 1.5% cashback on 16600.

For a spend of ₹10000, you will earn:

- 1x (100) base points
- 1x (100) virtual bonus points
- 4x (400) accelerated points

This totals to 600 points, which is equivalent to ₹150 or approximately 1.5% cashback on 10000.

No you wouldn't have missed it even if you had used SBI DC option. Trust me both the options are same. You can choose SBI DC option at payment page and put other bank debit card yet txns gets successful. The bonus pts doesn't depend on whether you choose SBI DC/Other bank DC. My friend who is using Rupay VDC is receiving bonus points without any problem with SBI DC option chosen at payment page.

I myself always choose SBI DC option at payment page. No problem with bonus pts.

Yeh veham faila because ek vyakti ko bonus pts late aaye. Fir usney isko generalize kar diya. :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Mera aaya he nahi tha virtual bonus, toh maine complaint kar daala and phir aaya. 🤣🤣

"Other bank debit card" option se automatically aa gaya tha virtual bonus. Toh maine yehi option hamesa use karna thik samjha.

Jisko jaisa marzi ho karo ab.

Why, why, why? Can't you remain silent for sometime. Bhai, we know it because we read SBI site. Then calculate the Yearly charge for card impact and then let it go as it won't cover cost. Like in millennia you get 4800 per year for Rs.590 but with SBI paid physical card reward rate except campaigns isn't that much. 90% of people don't have 1L CC bills to pay on monthly basis like us. 🙂

I am unable to see my reward points details/ txns in the yono app, i always have to login on net banking and then redirect to rewardz portal for seeing points balance/ points earned history.
Is there any fix for this ?

I am seeing @Juganta can see all these details in yono app itself but am unable to do so.
App always throws the error:- we are unable to process ur request, plz try again later, but sadly this later never comes , even after lunch 🙂

I believe it's separate from it, never spent that much using SBI so not 100% sure.
