Anyone receiving rupay vdc bonus points for amex billdesk payments? I have stopped getting them since dec 5.

Mail them to get it but only after month end as they ask you to wait before that. So mail next month and get them.

They asked me to call again after 7 full working days. Next time they took my request. you have to spell out ur 16 digit VDC card no keep that ready.

Bro, I prefer email and just last 4 digits of VDC used. Till now they haven't asked for full number. Actually I have mailed them only once and that too last year. Currently waiting as have to tell them about many txn in Nov, Dec month. So will outline them in one single mail.

Mobikwik is a hit and miss. Got points for a 10k spend, but didn’t for a 40k spend 😢

Happy to tell that I got both base and bonus points for the 40k transaction as well. Didn't get bonus for 10k though. But I think it'll come as well.

How many days after txn? Because mine, Nov 17-Nov 30 txns, that missed on Unipay payment haven't arrived. I am waiting till Dec 31 though.

Did the transaction on 7th December. Got the points today. I received points for Amex bill pay portal 1 day post the transaction, but there was delay for Mobikwik.

Don't wait. It won't come automatically. Recently they made some changes. It come automatically in the same day of posting normal rewards. Otherwise missed until u inform them to add manually.

I too got the "normal" points for my Amex credit card bill paid via BillPay done on 7th Dec yesterday, but not the bonus for virtual debit card.
Hopefully that too will get credited within a day or two.
