I only have sbi virtual dc. I don't have HDFC platinum. This rules will be applicable to all cards I guess
Platinum won't work because it is strictly giving 1% on Utility MCC only. But other HDFC cards which allows Supermart MCC will continue to work on Setu incl. SBI VDC. 🙂
So did you automatically get them later for the transactions after Nov 15?Same like November month. I stopped getting bonus for all txn after 15th.
No. Mailed SBI and yet to receive. I think, mailed on Dec 17 if I remember correctly.
In Dec month I started receiving again i,e bonus but after tried on July 21 after that for which Normal+ Bonus yet to come. Before that txns were till Dec 10 for which pts were coming. Problem is after 15 as some others mentioned.

No. It seems this time normal also gone. Kya ho gaya tujhe SBI? In Oct month, we received it many times next day itself. 🙁 Bas 5X bonus de ke khatam ho gaya matka.
@surojitlaha Got normal pts today for 10K txn. Seems like will have to again reach them to get bonus. Still they haven't given bonus for last mail done. But I know they will provide. Things getting tougher with SBI now. 🙁

Mostly 2-3 days and rewards credit next day. But currently I have got no response from them. Seems like people are really on leaves these days. It's winter time in Delhi and pts are getting stucked due to cold. Employees unable to check issue as their hands not allowing them.
