Right. Agree with you as after not getting, email is the only soultion or call to customer support to register complain and they give it in 7-14 days.

Yes, Tumlog bas spam kar rahe ho RuPay and Visa kar k. 1 ya 2 bar mazak acha lagta hai.
7 working days wait karo virtual bonus aa jayega aur agar nahi aaya toh email kar dena, chahe RuPay ho ya Visa Card. SBI ka Rewardz system he aisa hai. Kuch nahi kar sakte hai.

Alright, mail as much as you can but only after 15 days of txn which is TAT at SBI. After being flooded with emails loopholes will be fixed along with this no bonus pts crediting automatically.
Now I feel SBI has deliberately did this so that people don't get 4X benefit on bonus as everyone will ask manually which won't allow us to get 4X more. In that case VDC is now a 1.50% case while Physical 1.25% during campaigns. Also the milstone benefit will be hit by this although we don't really know whether for manual credits it will be given 4X more or not. My gut feeling says we won't.

Exactly, they will credit the virtual bonus points, but only after the campaign is over :'D which will eventually kill the goose.

I already have physical debit card and I was earning rewards on that. Now I generated virtual visa debit card. Do I need to register on sbi rewards with seperate account or do anything before I start using it ?

Rewards in come in same account as physical? I remember once customer care told that there's seperate account for seperate cards, just wanted to confirm with existing users

For the past 3 transactions I’ve also not received the bonus points on rupay vdc, but this is very common and they credit them later. So please don’t start mailing the customer support atleast not until 15 days. This will kill the card for everyone 🥲
It’s starting of a new year. Almost all apps take time to synchronise properly, so please have patience and let them credit them sweet bonus points by themselves.
