As usual, people start getting impatient for no reason. They will reach customer care and then boom. The extra benefits being enjoyed will be cut once they get to see what is happening.

Bata bhi diya already, SBI May campaign pts which were to be credited by June 30 actually came after August 21st, 2024 jab yeh pata nahi tha ki koi campaign bhi chal raha hai. SBI hai, lag jata hai time.

Yaha IDFC ne 35 days ke baad pts credit kiye hai without any complaint.

@Centurion_wala Out of 5 txns between Nov 15-22, 3 haven't received VDC bonus but it will come for sure.

P.S: Reaching customer care is as dangerous as telling HDFC you have reward points for failed txns also. 🤣

@donisback7 Yes, first time they also told me to wait 7 working days but i wait 15 days but my last month SBI unipay virtual bonus was not credit.

Abhishek bhai, SBI Rewardz ke khel ke rookie hai abhi. 1 Jan 2024 se har month 2-3 baar yeh line likhi aati hai. Kuch nahi hota fir.

Everything with SBI runs on its sweet time. We are living in era of devaluations where big means customer be ready to lose. Anyways, this maintenance activity is a normal with SBI Rewardz every 15 days. So ignore.

We should be thankful that normal points have started getting credited in 2-7 days else till March or April 2024, normal points were crediting in 10-45 days max. Log chahtey hai ki txns hotey hi points de de banks ya fir abhi hum txn ki sochey aur points pehle credit ho jaye.

If you can't keep patience upto 90 days, SBI is not for you. Millennia DC ke liye bhi toh 90-120 din wait kartey hi ho.

i have received 1000 point for September campaign today
it is added today as my points increased by 1000
but the posting date in way back in September?
how they can show it like in so much back date?
