Guys, Is there any app which allows credit card bill payment with sbi rupay vdc? I know paytm allows it. But rewards in paytm is useless.

With SBI VDC Rupay variant payment, would we get reward points if we cross Rs 10,000? For ex. if we pay for Rs 12,000/-, we are supposed to get 120 points so is there any cap? I think 1000 points is a cap (I think so monthly but 1000 is a cap).
Why I'm asking is earlier, while using SBI Physical Visa DC, I use to get cap of 100 only, means if I cross more than 10,000 (11K or 12K etc) I use to get only 100 points -- this might be because of VISA variant but in Rupay variant I'm not so sure as I just activated VDC Rupay. So the same scenario applies with SBI VDC? Any suggestions/thoughts/experience would be appreciated. @Abhishek012

With VDC you can do 50K max per day and you will get 500+500 points. Thats is the max cap per transaction. Monthly 10000 points is the cap.
You can use SBI Virtual RuPay DC and pay full 50k in a single transaction and get 500 base rewards + 500 virtual bonus reward points.
Monthly get 10k rewards points using your SBI Virtual RuPay DC.
pay total monthly 5 lakhs bill and get full 10k reward points.
also get 1000 milestone benefit on every 50k spend but milestone benefit credit after 2-3 months. Milestone benefit is not count under 10k monthly rewards capping.

Wow! That's really, really great! SBI VDC Rupay is wonderful. I already deactivated physical VISA DC of SBI as virtual is free and having lots of feature plus Rupay, our own Indian variant which adds more power.

RuPay variant you can also pay CC bill via phonepe app, freecharge app, paytm app and billdesk website etc without any extra charges.
Amex and SCB bank cc bill also supported via billdesk.
Note - but im not recommended to use phonepe app because SBI bank is stupid bank, few users virtual card is blocked, when they use phonepe app and unblock only through physical SBI branch visit.
Better to use Billdesk, Paytm or freecharge etc.

while i try to pay any of my cc bills. any workaround on that? freecharge support sucks they have no brain they just copy paste drafted reply each time and close my ticket.
use other platform like billdesk
Use billdesk website using RuPay.
search your "bank name and credit card billdesk website" on google search
Freecharge blocked some accounts for DC payment, use any other freecharge account.
also use paytm app. No extra charges for RuPay.

@Abhishek012 -- While using SBI VDC RuPay variant at Paytm, billdesk or any other app (wherever SBI VDC RuPay is allowed), are the points calculation would be same as in case of SBI Unipay? Till now, SBI Unipay I'm using but wanted to know if we use all these paytm, billdesk etc, points ka jo calculation hai, jo milenge (after transacting to pay CC bill) vo same/theek milega? any hidden points deductions or rules?

guys, is there any minimum amount to be spend using SBI VDC? i paid 260/- credit card bill on mobikwik and got no rewards. So, just wanted to confirm, if mobikwik is not providing rewards.
Edit - I just got 2 points, but no bonus points though. Is there any criteria for the bonus points?

Minimum requirements for reward points is ₹200 which gives 2 points for Physical DC & 4 points for VDC.
Points will be credited after 3-7 days. Sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks and it's depends upon the mood of SBI. But you will get your points.

its strange that i only got 2 points but didnt get any additional/ bonus points for this transaction which was done using mobikwik

Just wait you will get your points. I have done a transaction through SBI VDC in last Nov. Regular Points was credited within 3 days but the bonus points was credited around 1st week of February.
