No documents were asked while applying.

Update :

Applied through SBI Sprint just to get it instantly, but it did not worked for me.
Asked additional info and went into error.

Escalated to nodal officer and no help was offered from highness.

After having no option, Just waited for either decline or approval message.

Card was approved after 16 days.

SBI BPCL Rupay Card is delivered today.

In between Process -
Vkyc
IPV
No documents submitted.

So total of 25 days it took for the whole process through SBI Sprint.

Note : Few Lucky guys got it instantly.

Mine also exactly stuck at this page, i haven't received any emails or calls yet. Is VKYC and IPV compulsory for existing card holders?

Dont know.
It was my 1st Sbi card.
So vkyc was must.

If ekyc is required, then nearby agent will call for documents.

If vkyc is required, then people from mumbai will call you and will mail you with vkyc link.

"Call for vkyc will only come if your application is approved.
This is what the lady said. If its not approved then it will not proceed further and they will not contact you for vkyc."

These SBI Agents are rubbish. I have 4 CIBIL inquiries from SBI but no SBI Card 💁

Es you will be contacted by sbi agents... Who will then do fresh enquiry in your cibil... I am getiing 2-3 calls everyday.. But I am not picking

They dont need otp... Many people have faced this issue... Sometime they require otp... Sometime they dont... After complain to nodal officer it has stopped now

The SBI Card Agent called me, and said even if i have existing card, I will need to do still Ekyc/vKYC etc. and since I am travelling, it will be pending until i return back.

I already Have SBI Octane . I tried applying SBI Prime with this Sprint Process . This is what I got after selecting workplace address (it fetched from previous card) :
