Update: I escalated to the nodal officer and asked them to reconsider my credit card application. They also declined.

Is there any way I can get SimplyClick card? Shall I escalate further? Any contacts / email ids?

I applied for SBI Card Prime on this sprint site (i already have simplyclick with SBI), it prompted me with digilocker, and also did CIBIL check, my cibil is 800+ but then it got stuck here and got this screenshot.

For higher cariant cards, they are asking for income docs or something. If you had opted for SimplySave/ SimplyClick, this photo would have carried your card number

Thanks, i already have SimplyClick, and they offered few month back to me SBI Prime, but that offer is not there currently, hence i took this route.
My alternate cards should be fine if they are okay without actual income statement like (Infinia, DCB, Ultimate etc), all limits above 10L

I got a sms that they are giving me pre-approved card & they will call me for 4 digit code, but i am not reachable since travelling, but checked the offer section online, but nothing is there.

I think they'll keep trying until you're reachable. It might be an automated call. Don't quote me on that

i just checked, they asked for some basic personal info, and some were pre-filled, and i submitted.
i did not asked to upload the document, but asked to select appointment for ekyc. but i am based abroad, and not at current address, why can't bank give me card based on existing kyc (i am current active card holder). any solutions?

Sure that would be great, can he help to process my application (with existing customer of SBI Card) to bypass ekyc even if i am not physically, he can collect my documents like aadhar, pan, and residential verification and card to card check. My Office have changed as i have moved abroad.

Cibil is good 774 as of today.
Its not about cibil.
Its either server issue or something else but definitely not about the cibil.
Already mailed their nodal officer, lets see what he has to say.
I think it will go like normal process. Document pickup and take years for approval or rejection.

Update :

Applied through SBI Sprint just to get it instantly, but it did not worked for me.
Asked additional info and went into error.

Escalated to nodal officer and no help was offered from highness.

After having no option, Just waited for either decline or approval message.

Card was approved after 16 days.

SBI BPCL Rupay Card is delivered today.

In between Process -
Vkyc
IPV
No documents submitted.

So total of 25 days it took for the whole process through SBI Sprint.

Note : Few Lucky guys got it instantly.
