Cibil is good 774 as of today.
Its not about cibil.
Its either server issue or something else but definitely not about the cibil.
Already mailed their nodal officer, lets see what he has to say.
I think it will go like normal process. Document pickup and take years for approval or rejection.

UPDATE :
Card got approved.
In between Vkyc was done and one Televerification.
After 15 days the card has been approved.
But Sprint method of SBI sucks, for me atleast.
Bad experience.
Few who got instantly are very lucky.

Update: Simplyclick card declined.

This is when my cibil is 792 and I already hold another SBI card with a good limit.

Should I email them for reconsideration?

I tried the Sprint route in the hope that I'll get the instant card without talking to anyone.

Some did as far as I know

I tried calling customer care to issue me SBI another credit card on basis of already holding SBI BPCL card but CC denied and told me to apply fresh online or by agent.. I applied online and got rejected.. So SBI has wired behavior in issuing cards

You can avail new card in EMI & MORE section. But you have to share the limit between the cards.

ya tried from that too but application got stuk in some loop. There Webpage show message"We need some additional information from you to process your application.Our representative will contact soon"
Well no call from the representative yet however getting regular sms msg to complete the application online

Yeah, but i just have 25k limit on the Card. That's why i shared about that. I thought it will be available for everyone. My bad 😅
