Today I Paid For My Axis Card Amount Debited and Credited To my Card Account But SBI UniPay Shows Failed

Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs. 3037.00 under reference no. SBXXXXXXX3CXXXX67 is failed. If any amount is debited will be refunded. -SBI

What To Do Now?

Should I Pay Again as SBI Unipay Saying We Will Refund The Amount If Any Debit Happens?

folks, Unipay is not allowing me to pay cc in advance to lower outstanding, is there any other way I can get the cashback? I am using HDFC Platinum DC for cashback on bill payment, I have a pretty hefty bill coming up and wanted to spread it across to maximize cashback

You have to wait for the bill generation. You cannot pay again and again. Some banks allows you to pay multiple times like SBI, whereas other banks don't.

This is same for every bharat connect platform.

You can pay HDFC CC unbilled due using HDFC account to lower the due amount (Utilization), however you will not get Plat DC 1% benefits.

I had bill due amount in the bill due place and even after paying it was showing same bill amount. I could edit that and pay more. But outstanding amount was being reduced as I paid.

Yes, that's completely fine. You can edit the amount.
