Sbi Unipay Transaction Eligible Or Not ?

I have received mail from hdfc one minimum transaction of rs 3000 and get 300 voucher

In terms and conditions it is mentioned credit card bill not eligible so if I made credit card payment through sbi unipay then It is eligible or not?
