SCB Credit Card Limit Revised to 10k

SCB shockingly revised my limit to 10K.

Your credit card account credit limit has been revised from INR 130,500.00 to INR 10,000.00. For any queries, pls contact our customer care- StanChart

Is this temporary? How can i get my limit back?

On top of this I am getting sms that my account is overdue and will be reported to cibil, but the truth is I always paid on time and there is no overdue. I called customer care and they are saying no overdue. These messages are nuisance.

I have been using Standard Chartered Credit Card Since 2013. At present I am holding their DigiSmart Card with limit of Rs.2.90L. During this 11 years journey with them i got multiple limit enhancement and card upgrades which i took each time. it;s a LTF card. Today i got SMS from Bank that your card limit has been revised to Rs.10,000/- . this is a big shock and joke with me. I am holding super premium cards like HDFC DCB with limits above 15L. I have used SC card mostly for Myntra shopping, there is no any abuse, manufactured spends or anything that is suspicious to take this hard...

It took me less than a month to get back my original limit

Yeah if u have time and patience, i feel that 50k is enough to use now, SCB offers LE every 6 months, u better wait for it than wasting efforts.

I called and registered a complaint over call . Then got few calls from their side and finally it was reversed. They did a CIBIL hit before restoring original limit.

Same bro🙄, got automated reply from customer support after 15days, and calling customer support is kinda war. It should be removed from India

And every month for 2 weeks straight their agency calls 7-10 times every day to ask if I'll pay my bill. Such shameless fellows. I am tired of blocking calls and started to block in series now using some third party app. Once I got so annoyed that I said, "listen if you call every hour like this then I can't even work properly at office and will lose my job, and if that happens I can't pay cc bill".

They always call and starts the conversation with "I am calling on behalf of SC, may I know your date of birth_______". I mean who in their sane mind shares personal details just like that?
