Second credit card

I am already holding indusind pinnacle credit card and using indusind exclusive account.
I want to apply for indusind easydiners credit card but my application got rejected.
Bank states that they cannot offer 2 ltf card to one customer however they were ready to give me a credit card where annual fees is 2k

Any recommendations on how to apply second credit card from indusind bank that is ltf
