"What's new" icon is not visible on top of TF website. It is more useful than newly added Conversation icon. Now its inconvenient to check latest threads.

@TechnoFino even the newly added message box is quite distracting with the visible number count. Please bring back the new posts ⚡ icon"What's new" icon is not visible on top of TF website. It is more useful than newly added Conversation icon. Now its inconvenient to check latest threads.

can you try after clearing browsing data... it's working normal for me...@TechnoFino bhai , website is very slow takes 20 or more to load a page on jio Fiber
second this.@TechnoFino please add the functionality of giving the search result in date sorted manner.. also it will be beneficial if the last update date on thread is shown in search results.. on mobile website it becomes difficult to understand whether it's a sorted result or when was this thread last updated... thanks 👍
Actually it's a great idea and I've already tried to implement this earlier. But as you know OpenAi is not free if we want to use API. and the users, number of threads, post we have, this might make us bankrupt. 🥲@TechnoFino Can we try to have GPT generated summary for each thread?
TF is blessed with active, informative people. If a question/post is interesting, it gets 50+ comments in a few hours. 100+ in a day.
It gets too big to sift through. The context could change halfway.
A lot of valuable information is lost in the comments. This also means that a lot of posts are repetitive - because members can't find an answer in any existing post.
What I'm requesting is a simple text summary/context for each post. No more than 100-200 words. Bullet points.
All we need is comments in a text format. That text is fed to GPT API, and the result is a rich, informative summary.
@anirban.choudhury Dada would this be difficult to implement, IF we manage to get the comments as plain text?

This feature will be available on CreditPedia app. the app is in final stage of development.A profile option where each user can put their list of cards they hold.
Benefit - let's say if A USER has Axis Ace card and I recently got Ace card, and I have some doubt about something regarding Ace card, instead of posting a thread or searching throughout TF, I can directly DM A USER and ask my question as he would be the best to answer my query.
Also beneficial to flaunt their card portfolio.
Risk - creation of Fake card portfolios.
The API charges could be high, if the usage is unregulated.Actually it's a great idea and I've already tried to implement this earlier. But as you know OpenAi is not free if we want to use API. and the users, number of threads, post we have, this might make us bankrupt. 🥲
