Secured card for C2c application

If I get idfc first wow credit card with fd of 1 lakh above can I get any other unsecured card like axis through C2c application with it?

It's like you're willing to make purchases from counterfeit notes issued by the name of Children Bank of India.

As far as I know, no bank has such policy to honour C(Secured)2C(Unsecured) application.
