hi , after posting previously i decided to go with secured card.
please suggest me a bank that would not require a Savings account and report to cibil as unsecured.( except kotak )

1.Idfc first wow fd card.
Minimum fd amount 20k. Lifetime free card. No need of any savings account. Don't know what they report to cibil but it doesn't matter.
2. Supermoney fd card by Utkarsh SF bank. Minimum fd100 rupees. If fd amount is more than 5k then physical card can be ordered for free. People are saying it is reporting to cibil as an unsecured card.

yes they report to cibil. if OP use the card and pay total bill in time credit score will improve.
