Should I check credit reports of all credit bureaus ?

I periodically review my CIBIL report for my CIBIL score, basic details, credit accounts and hard inquires. I check only CIBIL. Do I need to check other credit reports also on periodical basis ? Can there be a situation where a wrong account is mapped and reflecting in either of the reports and not in others say CIBIL. If so, in case of conflicting details, which one prevails ?

CIBIL is the big daddy afaik, so it would be considered if any conflicts arise. But you should definitely check credit reports from all bureaus (namely Equifax, Experian, CRIF) on a monthly basis. The reason is some banks do check credit reports from bureaus other than CIBIL. This is what I have experienced.
