Should I take IndusInd Legend LTF?

I recently checked my credit scores on paisabazaar. In pre-approved offers, it is showing IndusInd Legend LTF. People have shared very bad experience with IndusInd, regarding:

(1) Spam calls to take loans, like 3-4 calls daily.
(2) Very bad customer service. One person didn't receive their card, but they reported it as active in credit report.

I think it is better to not deal with such a bank. According to me, having peace of mind is anyday better than holding cards unnecessarily (in name of LTF). What is your take on this?

One of the benefits relevant to me is the lounge access program, which covers 080 lounge in Bangalore.

always try to apply via Online for LTF card,(If available) not via Some Agent or Some Third third-party services.

My nearby Indusind branch doesn't know anything about this legend credit card+select account (zero mab) offer. Can I open a select account with 50k initial funding then link legend credit card to make it zero maintenance account?

AFAIK, the main benefit would be a free Select account with IndusInd, along with its debit cards.

I think lounge access through the Legend card could be chargeable.
no lounge access is not chargeable for 2 visits per quarter and one benefit of this card is if you get a add on card, the lounge access is shared between the primary and add on

Never discuss anything with branch employees. Just open the account and link it under the same Netbanking ID and that's it. It effectively becomes Zero MAB. 🤭

I think the individual got confused with International lounge access, which is chargeable and can be accessed through the IndusInd Travel Program. Meanwhile, domestic lounge access is free and capped at 2 visits per quarter, as Himanshu mentioned above.

Do we have to do something prior to use the lounge or it's on the spot card swipe for domestic

As my quote above suggests, I was not sure on the Legend lounge access. The reason was, I couldn't find anything in the Legend Benefit Guide about any free domestic lounge access. I wonder why!

It only talks about providing lounge access (either domestic or international) via Priority Pass which is complimentary, but the actual visits themselves (whether domestic or international) are chargeable at $27 (or equivalent) each. It also talks about waiver of international lounge access fees (upto 8 per year) for members of the Travel Plus program (which costs Rs. 5000).

I'd appreciate any IndusInd link that details free domestic lounge access for Legend. A Google search pointed me to https://www.indusind.com/in/en/personal/tnc-visa-airport-lounge.html, which says "The Program is available till 31st March 2021" !
