First time I tried snapay just to check wether utility bill payment to any beneficiary is counted for rewards.
So I transacted 100 INR using utility option selecting DTH category paid 2.5% charges but when I checked my card statement it's simply showing transfer category, just like wallet or rent. So for why is it charging such high rates of 2.5%.
I thought it should have a mcc of utility payments.
It's worst service & most of the yt videos are fake, after watching which I tried this app.
