I just called and they mentioned that the credit card team would be available post 10 AM.
They have arranged call back, I would probably get access by 10 AM, if not, the credit card team would enable it from their side.

Just call 080-47361102 and ask them to activate credit card link.
You will then see Know more and proceed to generate your catd.

Got the card number activated it as well..said rupay benefits wil start from next month. So let's wait. Also 0.5% cashback is on everything correct ?

Currently of no use maybe of use from next month not this month

Now go to Passbook section of app and it will show a infocard saying "Reserve your FD backed Credit Card". You may need to scroll sideways if it shows others like "REPO RATE DROP" etc.

I called CC cust care and they said 5000 cards not issued yet so mine is LTF. Probably already issued but they are just giving LTF to attract a customer base for now.
