because unless you lodge a complaint with RE you cant Lodge it with RBI , so make sure you have raised your concern to stable money with valid mail, and their replies

Generally 30 Days required from date of Lodging complaint with RE , otherwise the Complaint will be closed by RBI

I have all senior members personal numbers including N.....h, Saurabh (CEO) and other folks.

If anyone faces issue then let me know I will convey them.

so by when do you think the BBPS integration would be completed & all the RuPay Select Benefits would be rolled out? Any tentative dates?

I applied for the credit card with my wife account --> We were seeing the issue --> they fixed it in just 3 hours span.

I not yet saw/received the welcome benefits or Rupay benefits tied with this.
But as per the last conversation with them --> they will be soon done with integration with BBPS (I clearly remember ni....sh said it will be on 30th April).

I am normal customer like all of us here --> the only thing is I am using Stable Money from starting days itself so can connect with any of the higher member team personally anytime.
 
Just now I visited to Rupay site and found that I can't enroll as of now since the card is not present.

So ideally, they should advertise for this later. 😂
Like before making it features ready as what they advertised, they shouldn't provide the cards.

So, when should we get the details of lounge access and other Rupay select benefit?

I remember, they advertised 10 complimentary lounges, no more details were communicated at that time.

I also applied for my wife as she is not working nowadays, so FD based card is the only way to go

You can always create a bank account in your partner name and pay your credit card bill from it
You will get pre approved offers soon. So you way is not only the answer

No idea buddy. Even I got to know today only when people posted.

I am not worrying much as we hold the premium cards like EPM/Infinnia/Times Black, Zenith+. ICICI banking providing entire family free lounge twice per quarter.

I just applied because we don't have any LTF Rupay Select credit card.
 
Sent email to them at 3:20 PM.
Received reply at 3:50 PM.
Super fast reply. RuPay benefits are available in the coming week. Not mentioned the exact date. 🤣 🤣 🤣

So you are saying if she has a bank account (which she already has) and pays credit card bills (or any other expense???) for a few months or so, will she get cc offer without having any income or bank FD?

I didn’t know this!!! Haven’t heard about this also!!!

Even if she gets offer, I believe cc application would be rejected without any business or employment
